Meet John Sterling, Founder & CEO of Synch-Solutions
John Sterling founded Synch-Solutions in 1998 with a clear mission: help organizations navigate complex digital transformations while delivering real business value. Today, he leads the company as Chairman and CEO, guiding its growth into a national, Chicago-based minority-owned firm serving public sector, education, and utility clients across the country.
With over 25 years of leadership at Synch-Solutions—and a prior career at companies like Sears and Kraft Foods—John brings deep expertise in business strategy, technology, and solution delivery. His passion lies in building smart, scalable systems that solve real problems through intelligent automation and enterprise solutions.
John holds a degree from Jackson State University and has completed executive programs at Duke and UCLA. He’s also an active member of several leadership and community organizations. John splits his time between Chicago and Florida, and enjoys life with his wife and four children.
