Synch-Solutions will provide resources under the following categories:
General
Synch-Solutions delivers skilled Information Technology resources in categories not otherwise specified by IPHEC at all experience levels. Our Recruiters are experienced in identifying resources for temporary projects and ongoing operations and maintenance engagements, as well as providing resources for hire by the client.
Technical & Technical Support
Under this category, we provide Help Desk Technicians and Specialists, Desktop Support Specialists, IT Support Managers, and other Technical support
Programming/Application Development
This is one of the categories under which Synch-Solutions provides the greatest number of resources. We deliver highly skilled, deeply experienced developers. Our services include, but are not limited to, application development (C#, Java, Microsoft.Net, SharePoint, Web, HTML, CSS, and PHP); application maintenance; database application (MS, SQL, Oracle, MySQL); custom application development and testing; and/or cloud-based solutions. Among the key new specialized roles we have been filling in this category are Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developers and Architects.

Enterprise Architect (Mid-Level and High-Level only)
Synch-Solutions is experienced in providing resources for Enterprise Architecture (EA) engagements, and can provide universities in the U of I System with high-value mid-level and high-level Enterprise Architects. We do not believe an entry level resource is qualified to serve in this role, so we do not place EA resources at that experience level.
System Administration
We have provided System Administration resources for multiple long-term engagements, and will provide qualified resources at the required experience levels for requesting University of Illinois System member universities. Our System Administrators are certified on both Unix and Microsoft platforms.
Project Management
