Under Contract #KRS102 with the University of Illinois, Synch-Solutions is able to fulfill the following services:
Category 1: IT Planning Services
The University may require IT personnel in the following IT planning services which includes but not limited to, Strategic IT planning; automated business processes; via workflow systems based on multiple technologies; hardware and Software Integration; project management focusing on business technology development; logistic support; enterprise resource planning; management of large volume of administrative workflow; staff augmentation and training; enterprise content management; and/or reporting (Customized, Business Objects, Microsoft, SharePoint, Open Source Solutions).
Category 2: Information Security Services
Ensure the university’s information assets are protected from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction. Provide tactical and strategic security advice to policy makers and security practitioners. Collaborate with committees, governance bodies, and individuals to develop and implement security, information, and privacy policies. Implement safeguards to mitigate information security risks, investigate security breaches, and develop responses to risks and breaches.
Category 3: Software/Application Development Services
The University may require IT staffing in the following software/application development services which includes but not limited to, application development (C#, Java, Microsoft.Net, SharePoint, Web, HTML, CSS, and PHP; application maintenance; database application (MS, SQL, Oracle, MySQL); new application training; custom application development and testing; and/or cloud based solutions.
Category 4: Teaching and Learning Services
The University may require IT staffing in the following teaching and learning services which includes but not limited to, e-learning platform (Open Source or hosted); competency based talent management services; custom training; certification Programs (Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle); software training; and/or instructional design.
Category 7: Desktop Services
The University may require IT staffing for the following desktop services, virtual solutions (HP, VMware, Microsoft Hype V, Horizon View) and customized solutions; remote, call center and on-site desktop services (network, email, integration and software deployment, configuration, installation and server migration); desktop standardization; and/or desktop installation.
Category 8: Networking Services
The University may require IT staffing for the following networking services which includes, network design; network installation; intelligent video surveillance (security cameras); and/or network infrastructure services.
Category 9: Infrastructure Services
The University may require IT staffing for the following infrastructure services which includes, cloud service design and installation; data center design and installation; and/or storage infrastructure design and installation.
Category 10: Customer Service Services
The University may require IT staffing for the following customer service services which includes, customer service program analysis; customer service program design; and/or change management.
