Our Position on Corporate Citizenship
At Synch-Solutions, we are dedicated to Elevating Value. This dedication extends not only to each and every one of our paying clients, but also to the communities in which we live and work.
Like so many progressive companies in the world today, we embrace a mission that is broader than generation of revenues and profits. We have seen the negative outcomes at companies with purely money-driven cultures, and are convinced that our culture of corporate citizenship is one of our key success-drivers. The year 2008 marked our 10th anniversary as a prosperous and continuously growing consultancy.
Our Commemorative Advertisements
Companies that maintain alignment with personal values of working for the common good, we believe, have more passionate and dedicated employees, as well as sustained growth and stability. Overall, we have found that clients are attracted to vendors who give back.
There are wide gaps in our social economy between the rich and the poor, the haves and have-nots, and the educated and uneducated. We realize that we cannot be all things to all people and still maintain our record of being a desired place to work and the vendor of choice for our clients. Hence, we strive to support, through financial and personal contribution, the initiatives of organizations focusing on economic development.
As the saying goes, we would rather teach a person how to fish rather than give that person a fish. When one acquires the education, personal confidence, and skills to maintain self-sufficiency, everyone wins.
